International Orders
For international purchases, PLEASE NOTE:
All items ship from the United States.
- Due to changes in requirements for international shippers, we will no longer be shipping to the UK as of 1/1/21.
- Many countries charge a duty and/or customs fee which has nothing to do with the cost to ship the product to you. These fees are your responsibility.
- All unclaimed/returned international orders will incur a 15% restocking fee and any return shipping charges before any refund is issued, and refund will not include shipping charges paid.
- If you select 1st Class International there is NO INSURANCE on your parcel. We suggest Priority or DHL, so that loss and damage can be claimed.
- if you select USPS for shipping, we recommend using International Priority Mail, rather than 1st Class International. Our customers experience much less difficulty with Priority, and it takes about half the time to be delivered. DHL Express provides quick delivery as well.
