G-Unit Brands, Inc./SMS Audio is not responsible for delays in delivery or changes made by the carriers- this is not in our control. Once parcel is shipped, G-Unit Brands, Inc./SMS Audio is not responsible for errors, losses, mis-delivery or any other occurrences which are attributable to the carrier(s). The address used to ship is pulled electronically from the information you entered at the time you placed the order.
Rates are based on weight and shipping destination. Tracking number will be included in the email sent when your order is shipped.
In-stock online orders generally ship within two days after an order is received, so if you would like to cancel an order, it must be done within 24 hrs. Contact fulfillment@gunitbrands.com with your order number and a refund will be issued unless product has shipped.
For all international orders:
- Due to changes in requirements for international shippers, we will no longer be shipping to the UK as of 1/1/21.
- If you live in a country which is not set up for shipping in our system, please email fulfillment@gunitbrands.com to inquire about having us set up your location.
- If you select 1st Class International there is NO INSURANCE on your parcel. We suggest Priority or DHL, so that loss and damage can be claimed. Our customers experience much less difficulty with DHL versus USPS, and it takes less than half the time to be delivered.
- customer is responsible for all customs charges and fees which may be charged by their respective country.
